Don't get me wrong, Frank. I'm not saying that Charlie did anything wrong to end the News merger. In fact, I think the reason that others will be reluctant to partner with Charlie is that when Rupert got squeezed by cable interests into backing out of the deal, Charlie played hardball. And well he should. News could well find itself reeling from a judgement in Charlie's favor - $1-5 billion will hurt any company. That's why I don't think people will be getting in line to deal with Charlie for a while. They can't afford to make a mistake dealing with somebody so sharp.
