Dear SEC and other investigative agencies, I am sick and tired of one Mr Mike D. Kugler, a reported brokerage firm supervisor for: PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL SECURITIES 19601 W BLUE MOUND RD BROOKFIELD, WI 53045 TEL: 800 776-7115 Mr. Kugler has repeatedly claimed in the following Silicon Investor message threads and in two personal telephone calls that I am giving out inside information about Rocky Mountain International (OTC: RMIL). This is a flat out lie and slander. It appears that Mr. Kugler's statements are a direct attempt to stop shareholders from calling in their stock certificates and also tank the stock. Enclosed is one such message of his latest attempts. For the record. I am only a shareholder of RMIL and have never been anything other than that! I demand a public and official apology from Mr. Kugler, and the CEO of PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL SECURITIES in this matter. Your role in all this, John Reed Stark, has been called out to be internet enforcement. You enforced you stoppage and thus what,in my opinion is a PAID OFF FAKE APPOINTMENT OF THE USEAGE OF MY TAX DOLLARS. PROTECT THOSE THAT NEED IT, PROTECT THOSE THAT WANT IT, THOSE OF US THAT DON'T, LEAVE US ALONE. GET OFF THE BS AND BUST THE PEOPLE/COMPANIES THAT HAVE SHORT SOLD THIS STOCK TO AMAZING PROPORTIONS.
