Ok Nodie....I'm convinced. Food stamp recipients should have to clip coupons for Republicans for six full hours every month. Maybe lick stamps during campaigns.

Maybe they will get inspired to go out and earn their own tax-free muni bonds.

>>There are convenience stores in every small town and major city into which you can walk with an EBT card and have however much you want converted to cash at 50c on the dollar.<<

Even if that were true (doubtful), why would any sane person DO that? Halve their inadequate FS FOOD money? Even scammers have to EAT, dumbass...

So some retailers are scamming the system. That is different from your previous claim.

Much more is wasted on sheer fraud, where food stamps are sold to the highest bidder on the street.

They are likely going to be caught. If they haven't been already.

They only issue one card per family. If that card is sold, it is very difficult to get replaced. For this scheme to work, the card holder would have to sell the card for a one time fee and lose benefits since getting a replacement card is extremely difficult. And that card number would be in the system and use of that card would be a crime. I suppose you could find someone dumb enough to sell their card. But there won't be many.
