Guess what fellows, I just spoke to the company, and the conversation lasted at least 10 to 12 minutes. A lot of ground was covered and later tonight I will try to relay to the group some of the answers I received from Mr. Zani ( hope I spelled the gentlemens name correctly). I was very suprised when the call came as I was just about to post on this thread. This probally means that I will now have to keep all of these shares as the carrot on the stick has once again been extended. Hraka as far as your financials go, the word that I got was this....they are waiting for the auditor to complete all of his inquries, and that the 10K & Q will both be out around the same time. Your guess on this one is as good as mine. As soon as my head clears I will try to give you guys as much info as I can remember. I was contacted, can you believe that.....Archie The man covered so much stuff, how much was bull or truth, one only knows. If any one has any questions go for it, will see if I can remember if it was covered.

Lets see what else.....oh yes, heavy shorting and massive tax loss selling has hurt the stock....yea no crap He did not speak bad of the financing deal that they made with those vultures you guys were talking about.....you must be kidding me He thinks the company will be on its feet soon and that those who stick in there will be rewarded....hopefully not by a firing squad. This morning I called the company and told them that I was a shareholder with a large position and that I just wanted to see if the company was not going thr tubes. I was told that the manin investor relations was out to lunch and that he would call me when he returned. I told her that IU had heard that story so many times that it was a joke to tell me this. She said he will call as soon as he came in, and he did. I tried to get as much info as possible fellows and I may have forgotten some, it will come back if I think a little harder....Arch
