Arch, I think we all sincerely appreciate your efforts, not only today but throughout this ordeal. Please forgive me though when I say Bull S---. These guys have had more than an ample amount of time to get the financials to the auditors and get them filed. They have taken advantage of every loophole they can find and I'm not buying it. I just wish we knew how many shares were out there and what kind of a float we have. Oh well, you guys are best and I wish you all a very happy holiday season and the very best in the new year. Wait, I have one more suggestion. Let's four or five of us offer to run the company at no charge, and send these guys on an extended vacation. We couldn't do any worse and I'll bet we could turn it around. Regards, HG

Arch: It troubles me that Zani would actually say "heavy shorting and tax loss selling"; I have to agree with the all of that, but, what it implies to me is that he is well aware of what Select has to be doing. Certainly he is aware of the fact that none of the legitimate share holders could be shorting the stock; it is illegal to short a stk. selling for under 5.00, coupled with the fact that it would be easy to catch us. That only leaves illegal shorting; and, the only people with the capabilities to do that are MM's, coupled with kinky brokers; and, financial consultants, coupled with kinky brokers and MM's. GeneM
