Y'know SMartin, you may wanna call the co. yourself instead of just randomly slamming the stock & co. What I was told is , to date, the SEC is interested in the 10K delay. RMIL is complying....maybe you can call the co. and share with us what you learn. I would think those who made the complaints, are those who have an interest in seeing trading halted. This doesn't change the short position in the least. Of course if the price is dropped to low when trading resumes. we can add substanially on our positions and tighten the squeeze. MM's who decide to leave the RMIL market will have to cover their short positions, don't expect a stampede for the exit door!, Pugs
