I find it interesting but not unbelievable that you would still put your faith in what the company tells you, rather than what the SEC cited as the reasons for the halt in trading.

Pugs,

There is something you don't understand here. The SEC is not concerned only with the past due 10-K. They have problems with the company's past financials as well. They have problems with the company's press releases. And the the statement that the company "holds itself out as a garment manufacturer and water bottler" seems to indicate the SEC doubts this as well.
