Human Beings begin to exist as distinct organisms at conception This is not how the courts view it. This is the Religious view. The fundamentalists want to stuff their beliefs down our throats and cloister women (should be barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen). On one hand they are pro-birth, on the other they don't give a damn about the welfare of the child after it's born. I.e. no universal healthcare and eliminate any sort of social safety net.
