Jimmy Rodgers! >>

No Addi, your my hero. You and all of your wonderful advice.

From your profile:

1) Never buy on margin

Ridiculous. Nothing wrong with buying on margin.

2) Never short a stock.

Even more ridiculous. There are times when it is extremely difficult to make money on the long side of the market. The only other option is to go short (profitable) or sit in cash (earns you nothing).

3) Never play options.

Speak for yourself. Some people do know how to trade them and others use them profitably as a hedge or for tax strategies.

4) Buy only high tech stocks, set a target price, hold on, and just consider selling if and only if the target price is reached!

What do you do when high techs don't go up? According to you it's not wise to short. So you just sit in cash until it's safe to get back into tech? Or do you just hold no matter what? Tech doesn't always go up.

Yes Addi, I've decided that I'm replacing Jimmy Rogers with you as my hero. Please bestow some more great trading advice upon me.
