OFW: I just read four boring posts of old information that has nothing to do with today or the year 1998 that We are about to enter.
Oh Well, Back to the Sunday Funnies. Happy holidays, Frank.

Thanks Madly for your respond. Now to offie, I don't like to give any post a grading of over 9 but now I can say that 11 (out of 10) will be very appropriate. Thank you very much for your efforts. Thank you very much for your time. I hope someday you'll get rewarded.

To OFW,

We do not think any one is not "after the truth." We only know Allen Burditt II as a man. Like many on this thread we where not aware of your newest postings. We can state that Oilex and Mr.Burditt never attempted to hide his position in any filings. We can not address things that happened in the past but we would have thought on the side of fairness you would have tried to contact him directly before smearing the man and his reputation today for things that where in the past. You are always posting a lot of questions that have cast a
cloud over Oilex the company. What about the company and it's development is untrue or false.

Question:
Is Big Foot fake? Has the company made false or misleading statements about it?
Is Australia lease hold interest fake? Has the company made false or
misleading statements about it?
Are the current or previous financials filed(EDGAR) with the SEC fake. Has the company made false or misleading statements about it?

If we take Allen Burditt II and Phionex out of your personal equation what is wrong with the Company?

Thanks The Baron

Steve Norris, since it is the truth you are after then by all means let's get to the truth. First of all if you took the time to locate these documents in your previous post#'s 2110,2111,2112,2113 then why have you not posted the rest of the story.

Well don't bother,I will do it for you.

Let's start with the fact that this law suit has nothing to do with Oilex.

And now lets get to the part you forgot to mention.

As it relates to the truth in your due diligence effort, we are surprised that you did not find the Satisfaction of Judgement that was entered on April 30,1996 acknowlediging that full payment was received and the matter was totally closed. In addition with your excellant due diligence work we are surprised that you did not find the certified copy of the journal entry demonstrating these truths. We are also surprised that you would withhold this information from the net. it does appear by disclosing 1/2 truths that the agenda you and others pursue definately appears biased with extreme prejudice to this writer.

So, once again it would appear that there still are attempts on the internet to not only bring the price of oilex shares down but to also discredit a man who has paid out of his own pocket to keep this company affloat for the past two years. As you have so dilligently pursued all of the SEC filings made by Oilex we find it interesting that you have not found the truthfull nature of Phoenix Reserves Inc contributions to Oilex to keep it's doors open, all employees paid, and other activities required to assist with this development stage company. As it relates to control, at the early stages of Oilex's development the truth of the matter is this control was clearly stated in all SEC filings when Phoenix Reserves Inc acquired it's majority stock position in oilex in November 1994. The truth is in all SEC filings made by Oilex to date and attempts on the internet to misinterpret stated facts in these filings we believe are only being used to pursue personal venues.

If you are as unhappy with your stock position, if you actually own stock as it appears, prior to anyone having a heart attack or getting ulcers over their concerns simply move on to a different company.

It appears that all of this negative bullshit is designed specifically to do exactly what it is doing, and that is to hurt all shareholders of Oilex.

So what if he is not the officer, director,or the president of this company, he has shown his commitment to this company and he has put his money where his mouth is.

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO THAT?

merry christmas,
Omar
