<He never indicated that he felt that there was no difference, only that he did not know what that difference was, if any. I think his language is very clear here. He may not have an understanding of the underlying technology, but that is exactly why he is having the hearing. MSFT will get to state their case, and he will learn the difference.> If that is the case, he should have never went public with an unscientific, undocumented experiment that went against the favor of MSFT. He definitely should not have commented on it.
