Hank, these DELL/CPQ are amazing companies. They can propsper even
in a maturing PC commdoitiy market. What is their secrets?

I ask you, the bear for 2nd opinion.

I have been counting the downdays of DELL for the last 3 months. It
has not been down to my satisfactory level (it's down only 20% and
that's all vs. INTC 30%).

From the bulls, the secrets are:

1. world class simulation, research facilities.

2. lowest cost of manufacturing.

3. lower cost of 'sale' (direct?)

4. server market growing so fast.

5. corporate buyers don't buy low-end stuff.

6. what's bad for SEA is good for DELL.

7. actually, what's bad for everyone else is good for DELL.
