E. Charters - Good luck on your venture. For now, I'll stick with the PP's and flow-throughs that proceed with the appropriate documentation. Please tell no more details on this thread. I'm sure there are some lurkers who would love to hear the finer details of how you are going to circumvent the hold periods etc. You'd be wiser to hold those discussion s for the private ears of those that actually throw their $$ into the pool with you. You don't need inquisitive calls from securities commissions and the like. By the way I note that you're going in for 10% of the pool which is actually how most brokers play. Their 10% finder's fee for bringing in the lambs buys them a free ride. Anyway, no big deal, have fun and I hope you find a mine. Jim Cox
