The security guard should still have been armed and it is a shame there weren't more armed people there. As it was, it went down exactly how liberals think it should ... everyone was defenseless. Plus the killer targeted Christians.

Is the media photoshopping the shooters image? Nose narrowed, lips thinned, skin color completely changed - amazing amount of photoshopping. On the left is the selfie Christopher Mercer uploaded to his social media. On the right is how CNN presented the same selfie in broadcast stories about him. Why did CNN need to change the complexion (color) of their broadcast? Why is no-one showing pictures of mom, Laurel Margaret Harper. Why change to hyphenated name? Yes an armed civilian isn't a guarantee of anything. He may decide not to confront the criminal, he may not be that close (I understand that he wasn't in this case which contributed to the decision not to intervene), or he may intervene and fail. But at least there is a chance of stopping the criminal before the police arrive if there is an armed civilian around. Your right that its easier to murder the unarmed. That's why we shouldn't be trying to disarm everyone.
