thanks, jjb... that's the most info I've gotten so far. btw, the figure mentioned was in the millions, and supposedly this happened friday(dec. 19). it's too much stuff for me to sort thru right now (pre holidays), so i'm not going to mess with this one. however, good luck to the current shareholders... hopefully something good will come of this for ya'll.

Interesting theory. Koch's year end is June. If they can use the loss they have plenty of time.
