He's probably one of the morons who wants to replace 1 lane in each direction between San Jose and Stanford on 3-lane wide each way El Camino Real with bus only lanes. He may be one of the far left who actually hates the energy and auto industries He may also live in San Jose, hates driving cars (Sheldon Cooper clone) and would like to get to work at Stanford an hour faster on the #522 Express bus at the expense of EVERYONE who lives along the route. Or he said something he knows isn't true for effect... dishonest but it gets his name out and thus adds value to his brand.
