you are responsible for all your investments, if you can't stand the heat then don't play. so I agree with you. I took a major loss but it was my own Independent decision made of my own free will. No one sued to take back my profits Just had to share them with the goverment.

You are right. The law suit is the lawyer way to make living, which has nothing to benifit investors. I have a coulpe stocks in law suit, and I never got a penny from it. For example, CRUS. Cheers Mike
