suit? I don't.

No the deal is---you get to fill out the 500 pages of documents for the class action and the lawyers they get to keep the money.

Jack, FWIW I got back about 1/3 of my losses in a home building outfit named MDC a few years ago. From the time I was notified by the attorneys that there was a lawsuit until I received the 3rd and apparently final check took about 7 years. I bought the stock on a recommendation from my Smith Barney broker when it was at the all-time high (naturally?) and sold it a few months later before it went bankrupt. The broker never advised me to sell. Now I treat broker recommendations and dog crap the same way, I have a healthy respect for what they can do and I stay the hell away. Regards Stan
