Many cities are very vulnerable to sea level rise this century. I don't think they expected it would happen by '20. Miami, maybe. Sunk is relative. There's 200 feet rise if all ice melts, but that's gonna take centuries, and, even if that happens, lots of skyscrapers will poke out of the sea..
