It's really quite simple, koan. Liberals spread the con job. Conservatives are rebelling against the lib con job and Trump has the most aggressive message.>>

As I said, you guys think we liberals are the devil and Trump is the guy they can exorcise us. But it's more than that, been around it most of my life, you guys hate liberals.

I played poker in Biloxi Mississippi for three solid weeks. I sometimes make my living playing poker. When I was in Biloxi I didn't talk about anything but hunting and fishing. But somehow my West Coast California upbringing was leaking out and boy they did not like it.

I mean I really was polite and talked about nothing but hunting and fishing. They just viscerally did not like me they knew I was a California liberal. Played there for three weeks solid and got to know the people pretty well.

It was interesting, the guy to my left, one day, was a lawyer and I kept asking what he did and he kept saying I play poker. After the game he told me he was a defense attorney in Atlanta.

I stayed as nice as I can, all the time, which is what I do when I play poker. I don't talk about anything or get out a line. We are really talking about nothing but those guys just did not like my looks. God only knows what they were looking at.

One day a group of them sort of coax me over two $20/$40 hold 'em game they were playing. The whole thing was very weird. I still remember the guy the left to me was a classic Mississippi cattlemen or whatever. He had a big black hat and a big gold buckle and a real mean look on his face.

All of them at the table had singled me out. I'm not sure what they thought they were going to do, those big poker rooms they use honest dealers, so there's really not much they could do to me, although I'm not sure they knew that. Maybe just thought their numbers would be sufficient?

Anyway, I am a pretty good poker player having played for 50 years. I knew how to handle what they were doing. But I was more curious about what they were doing psychologically. I was studying them as much as they were studying me.

Anyway I won a few bucks and left. It was uneventful. But I'll never forget the cast of characters sitting at that table with me.
