I really doubt that Obama KNEW they were going to hit a hospital in Syria.

But, I DON'T doubt that Bush ONLY invaded Iraq because he wanted to do better than his father and he listened to guys like the "draft dodger" Cheney because he was TOO stupid and too spoiled his entire life to really CARE or KNOW what the ramifications might be.

The proof is clear beyond any doubt that had he believed there was no WMD threat there would have been no invasion.
lol. He was going to invade Iraq no matter what. The entire world knew the Saudis did 911. Why not take them down back then?
