Ever the cautious optimist, I think we've suffered through some seriously strong headwinds this year. To be where we are at, given the backdrop, I'm thinking we could have a lot more room to run up.

Using seasons as the analogy, many think we are either in Fall or entering Winter. I think we are either in the middle of Winter or entering Spring.

If we're in the middle of Winter, then your view on next year could be very accurate!

To give a little more color, look at the chart below for reference. The previous Winter was long and harsh. It didn't end until late 2011. Spring was 2012, Summer was 2013 and the Fall harvest finished in Oct of last year. When the markets realized that this current Winter wouldn't be anywhere near as harsh as the last one, instead of tanking, the market went sideways for most of this year.
