I would think they did this because they probadly couldn't get the price they would have wanted due to the market as a whole and the current price of ARX shares.

Too many jumped ship and they noticed.....

Like myself a happy holder turned sour when they announced their
intention to issue more. I got out with profits. Now I am back on
board. I accept their remorse with expectations for a run to 9 real quick.
