I have used ESET NOD 32 Antivirus for years and never had a virus.

I've used Malwarebytes for many years. Thankfully very seldom comes up with anything.

Paid MWB + Windows Firewall / Defender works for me. Mind you, I am probably what you could call a "Low risk internet user".
