"When something is measured, it has to be measured in the NOW"

As long as there is ANY movement of ANY thing...ANY where I the universe...how can there be a NOW? We can formulate the concept of "now"--but we cannot create the conditions other than in an imperfect mental state where we attempt to pause all awareness of any movement (read "any change").

If a single electron moves anywhere in the universe, then change has occurred and therefore time has "happened". The relative "experience" of time will depend on the relationship that exists between all moving objects in existence and our individual seats of awareness.

<Time is an entire dimension of the universe on par with the three spacial dimensions.>

Perhaps the descriptive "glue" that allows the other three to be understood?
