I do what most people my age would not attempt. The D3 helps with the healing and lessens the inflammation. But I do not need nor do I take dosages recommended for those with autoimmune problems. There was a point there about two years ago when I managed to really screw myself up. The D3 and a lot of massage helped me recover, and briefly I was taking 50K per day. At the time I also discovered Acitive Isolated Stretching. Which I don't believe anyone over fifty, or active over 30 should not be doing daily. I also do a lot of walking, jogging, and physical exercise. I've looked at other concepts for keeping fit and young, and utilize those as well. Some of those new letters I posted a few months back mention some supplements that I have found effective. I posted them, I use them, and, frankly I am not going to get upset if nobody bothers with them. You sell Eric short. He, being a miner, that may not be a bad strategy. But I am glad to have him back posting, and some of the points he has made are well worth considering. I don't think anyone here has said your D3 and Wheat Belly strategies are wrong. You likely have got everyone taking more D3 than they would ever have considered other wise. And the processed Wheat and Corn problems have certainly opened my eyes. My starches now lean toward potatoes and brown and mixed grain rices. Like I said with regard to meat. I have not eaten a lot of it for a couple score years. Mostly out of necessity, and then as a matter of taste. The recent discussions of red meats have highlighted the growing factory style growing and the increasing problems of the animals in those systems. I have good grass fed and locally raised meat close by. I'll support local farmers, and ranchers and get better and safer meats. There are lots of threads in the fabric that gives each of us a healthy life. You often contribute to that. You also can be a real pain in the ass. Not everything people write is meant to be a disputation of your latest post. Aloha Y
