To all, I called CVIA and they informed me that WOTD is a new corporation which has been developed for the purpose of putting together these acquisitions. They also told me that WOTD is made up of "industry experts that have been planning this acquisition strategy for a long time." IMO this might be a bunch of independent tire store owners who chose someone to be the leader and they are wanting to consolidate their companies to increase profits, i.e. more buying power, collective advertising etc. If this is the case, WOTD is probably being run from one of the principal's offices until such time as the merger is finished.
