If anyone think the acquisition is a done deal, here is the advice for long termers: sell docsf and buy fulcf and make money on both ends. Tax loss and gain more shares on share conversion. I just did with most of my docsf shares. This is a golden opportunity and it will not last.

Good luck to all

Revisited Fulcrum's last qtly report. Basically, at this point, FULCF book value is all gone. On the plus side, last qtr they restructured and brought cost in line with revenue. Eliminated about 84 positions that did not contribute to revenue. Hopefully, that is behind them. DOCSF is paying about 1X est. revenue for next year, for FULCF's fast growing product, Knowledge Network which is also getting good reviews and being installed at well known clients. Apparently, last annual meeting they said multiple acquisition was being reviewed so let us see what else is in store.
