I'm wondering if the buying is partially a feedback loop of short covering. However, I think the last 10,000 share trade about 40 minutes ago was a buy. I think the folks that would take profits at these levels are off on vacation.

How are you playing this one? How do you think the stock will behave going into earnings? And how about after earnings? I am thinking about the February puts (55s?), but am beginning to think that this stock (and my obsession with it) is getting out of control.

Also, has anyone noticed how wacky James Cramer loves YHOO, has a position in it, and is real cozy with everyone on CNBC? Usually by this time CNBC would blast something this overvalued, but Bob Pisani just comes out and talks about how well behaved the internet stocks are, especially yours truly.
