From "Subsequent calls to the co. , I was informed that the SEC's only request, so far, was to provide them with the financials" You cannot deduce that the only reason the SEC halted the stock was late financials. This goes against the laws of logic.

Let me see if I can state it a little simpler....

Just because the SEC has called RMIL and asked for updated financials doesn't mean that's the reason they halted the stock. It only means that they called RMIL and asked for updated financials. You can deduce nothing else from this.

I was surprised to see a quote from Roland in response to the halt that the company "had no idea" the SEC had questions about RMIL's public dislosures.

Who's kidding who?
