and a right of first refusal option to purchase all of the equity of Xenemetrix in the event the Company or Xenemetrix intends to enter into a transaction resulting in a sale of Xenemetrix or affecting the Company's control of Xenemetrix first refusal option is clearly to protect SICPA's rights to the use of Xenemetrix. I am aware there are many spectrometers being manufactured so maybe SICPA just wants to work with the best equipment for the job.
