The presumed "no" vote is good news IMO, but it's still too early to judge the final outcome. Even if no competing offers emerge, a new shareholder vote will need to occur on MLNX's original bid. It's not clear at all that the shareholders who voted "no" would change their minds and accept $25.50. They may prefer that EZCH stay independent - I know that I would vote "no" again without hesitation.

With NPS sampling due before the year-end, time is on the side of EZCH shareholder who voted "no." For all we know, the NPS is already sampling but it hasn't been announced. Not sure what the disclosure rules are for something like this.
