ROMT -- I';m using the ACT from 9/5--9/9 & corresponding IL which was violated in October and I see the lows in december; intraday breaking the ACT but close never doing so. I know Doug is a purist, thus I do see three violations of the original ACT, but ultimately ROMT is back on that ACT and it never closed below it. I feel that this ACT is still the one to watch/use for the IL. Your target of 4 should easily be obtained with this IL too. RECY -- yep, looks like I called myself wrong too early on this one. It's back below the ACT and it may not get back above it. and earnings are definitely coming out within the next 4 weeks according to IBD. I think you sold at the right time Ivan. -dave
