Layoffs are coming! Management warned of "cost cutting" in the last conference call. In the 10-K, management wrote: "The Company must ... successfully implement a program to manage cost and expense levels in order to remain a viable operating entity." After the holidays and before the Quarterly Loss Report (around Jan 20th), my guess is Zitel will layoff 40 to 50 employees, as the first effort to manage costs. This will not stop the bleeding and further layoffs will be required. Regards, Bill
