You know, I would have much more respect for Mr. Big Yardeni if he wasnt so promotional with himself. Seems like he will take over where Ralph Acumpora leaves off. Yardeni-the Y2 guru. Too many pictures on too many covers of too many financial magazines-he has nowhere to go but off the radar srceen. This is not to say that his opinion is not worthwhiile-it is, but Give Me a Break. He is not the Messiah. Frankly, I buy into the economic logic of Steve Roach a lot more easily.Yardeni seems to be backing off the bond market road show in favor of the road less travelled where he can stand out easier-Y2 prognostications. Good-I feel better now.
