When we kill them, the terrorists, they all have brothers, cousins and friends, and some of them become terrorists. So, I don't think we can kill our way out of it.

They need to be offered a positive life, a future, before they become terrorists. I have no idea how we'd make that happen. Those Paris guys were all around 20 or younger.
