btw, this really has nothing to do with the point Maher has been trying to make, but the link you posted claiming had ties to the Paris attacks is totally not the case... it would help to post factual stuff the link you posted was from July, and had nothing to do with the Paris attack... no it was not a "True Fact!" maybe "Fact-checking for Dummies" should be on someone's list

What Maher is primarily saying is that most ME countries still approve of stoning women for adultery and following sharia law which is horrible.

The polls show this is true and that is primarily what he keeps trying to get people to acknowledge. The Egyption's had an opportunity to vote in a secular liberal leader and they chose theocracy. They all, always choose theocracy and that theocracy is the problem. Because it allows the teaching of radical ideas.

Saudi Arabia has put something like 100 billion into radical Wahhabism schools and no sunnie Nation will stop them teaching that crazy stuff. And all the countries over there are Sunnie except Iran and Iraq, including Pakistan where those schools are many.

That is a cause of terrorism and to say it isn't is not true at all.

And on the other Shia side, look how brutal the Ayatollah khomeini was.
