TO: ALL CVIA SHAREHOLDERS AND THREAD PARTICIPANTS! I have read several interesting view points, thoughts, opinions, and also sensed some frustration and concern starting to come through on recent postings on this CVIA thread! ( This is all OKAY! those that are shareholders in CVIA have invested their hard earned money on the hopes of a successful turnaround from a current shell company --with zero assets!--but with a possability that through merger activities may be able to bring back some value to CVIA and it's shareholders!) As many of us have posted several times on this CVIA thread, that at best, CVIA is a very high risk situation! And anyone who is planning on making any investment decisions ---on any investment should always do their own research and due diligence, and never , ever make any investment decisions based on someone else's recommendation, or opinion! As each and every one of us is entitled to express our own opinion, here is a recent opinion that I have come to , and if any is interested, here it is! Right from the start point when it appeared that Jack Arnold was going to try to resurrect CVIA from the dead, I have constantly and consistently been "bugging" ( I was going to say contacting/communicating but now that I think back it was "bugging!)-----Jack Arnold for updates and news releases! Jack Arnold got back to me in a very acceptable and timely fashion, in each of the 42 "buggings" that I had with ! ( Be it phone, fax, e-mail) He has not missed one single response , of the 42 times! In my own personal opinion, I say this in somewhat of a "Joking Way" I am thinking that this must be some type of world record! ( Anyway you get the just of my message!) If I were Jack Arnold, I probably would have told ( Myself) Wayne J. to take a "Hike" and let me do my job! ( After about the 12th. time!) I can only come to my own judgement as far as Jack Arnold's character is concerned! And if he has demonstrated the same type of consistency and follow up in the CVIA merger efforts, then what more can I expect from him????? ( Yes! It's just my own personal opinion! Just as I expect that everyone else make up their own minds and personal opinions!) I recently posted some lengthy dialogue on this thread! I had been feeling quite positive and satisfied lately ! Especially since I felt that the CVIA Management was including us in the merger process activites! ( CVIA Shareholder Count Consent Form! etc.). After reading some of the postings on this thread over the past 24 hours or so, I was pondering, if we could have done anything differently as shareholders to bettor track or influence the CVIA Marger activities/process? ( If we had the chance to turn the clock back in time and do it all over again!) As a shareholder, I think that I may have eased up or backed off from demanding so many news releases and progress reports! Because in hind site , as I see it ( and it's only my personal opinion!) the more step by step news that CVIA Management has been sharing with us, the more I sense a growing suspicion from some individuals that Jack Arnold is trying to pull a fast one over us! My sense is that if Jack Arnold was trying to mislead or misguide us, he could have very easily, just not issued any news or press releases! That would have been his perogative to take that route if he so chose! ( And since the stock was at a low in the .019 cents range!) It would have most likely made life much simpler and less stressful for Jack Arnold! But! No! Jack Arnold felt that he wanted to keep the CVIA Shareholders in the information loop! I accept that everyone is entitled to their own views, opinions, and feel that they are more then welcome to express them at any time on this or any other thread! ( just my own opinion!) I feel that it is important at this time that the next days , weeks and months, could very well bring some interesting " roller coaster rides" for CVIA, as the details begin to unfold! ( I hope that there will be something to unfold!) The news and developments of the CVIA Merger activities could prove to be good , bad or neutral, depending on what criteria each CVIA Shareholder uses in evaluating their stock's investment performance! Now To The Great News! ( Basically A Sure Thing!) And this sure thing that I am talking about is each and every investor evaluating the CVIA scenario, has the freedom of choice to decide for themselves , if they choose to buy, hold, or sell shares of CVIA or for that matter any other investment opportunity! And the key point here is that it must be your decision and your decision alone! ( If even a single person that particpates on these threads really and trully knew what the future held in store for CVIA or any other investment opportunity, then chances are, they wouldn't be here with the rest of us, trying to stay one step ahead of the "stock zone!"--------They would probably be flying around on their private jet or cruise ship , enjoying the fruits of their labors!) In efforts to keep this posting from setting a new "world record" in length, I will now sign off! I will begin a new posting that I will post as soon as I can get to it this evening! It will basically cover some feedback that I received from Jack Arnold, that I attempted to secure from him, once I started noting some concern being expressed on this thread earlier! Now that I have got the response from Jack Arnold today , I will share it with you on my next posting ! For those of you that feel that Jack Arnold has gone into seclusion or hiding, I have a much different impression! Jack Arnold communicated with me on not less than three e-mails today! Stay Tuned! And please make your own investment decisions! At best this CVIA scenario, is high risk at best! And the risk factor involved I would suggest is not for all investors! But! Each of you must make your own decisions! Best Regards, Wayne J.
