TO: ALL CVIA SHAREHOLDERS AND THREAD PARTICIPANTS!

Here are some points of information that I will share with this thread, that I received from Jack Arnold in response to several questions that I directed at him today!

Please come to your own conclussions! I am just sharing the information that I received today!

The following points were forwarded to me from Jack Arnold today!

#1. WOTD is a new corporation put together for the purpose of consolidating profitable oil distribution and tire companies.

#2. The prinicpals of WOTD are industry experts who are combining their efforts with Wall Street professionals to create a large growth-through-acquisition public company.

#3. WOTD will not yet show up on directory listings etc., but they have been quietly planning and negotiating this enterprise for some length of time. This move is extremely well thought out, which is part ot the reason the process is moving along so rapidly.

#4. The people we are dealing with are exceptionally well-connected, experienced, and motivated.

#5. More will be known as soon as we can release it.

#6. Thank you for all your wonderful support, I am encouraged by those who are sticking with us. My goal of resurrecting CVIA from the dead is becoming more real each day! ( The end of Jack Arnold's feedback!)

Now back to Wayne J. !!!!!!

I am but one person , who is a CVIA Shareholder, and other than being very interested in my CVIA Investment, I am in no other way affiliated with CVIA! ( Other than maybe I paid some higher share prices than some of you for some of my CVIA shares!) I said maybe!

I was trying to realistically make a list of what I am expecting from CVIA a company that is currently trading in the .035 + cent range!

Now that I have finished my list, I have once again arrived at my own decision/conclussion!

Based on all the potential volatility that may encompass CVIA in the days, weeks, and months ahead, this may also be a very prudent time for each of you to re-evaluate your investment criteria and decide if your goals, and investment strategy have changed towards CVIA in the past few days!

What I have to come to grips with is to make my own investment decision as it relates to CVIA or for that matter any other investment!

I would like to start my investment efforts off on the right "foot" in 1998, so I have some challenging decisions to make!

Here is wishing each and everyone of you the internal strength and fortitude in your investment decisions!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
