Hi Wayne! I agree with you completely. You always seem to be able to "hit the nail on the head" with eloquence and class.

Thanks for all the great input!

Best wishes,
Brad

Wayne, just playing the role of devil's advocate here but...#1 of Jack Arnold's responses states:

#1. WOTD is a new corporation put together for the purpose of consolidating profitable oil distribution and tire companies.

But if you call 1-(900)463-6000 and pay the $4.00+ for a State Of Washington company license search (like I did..) you will find that WOTD was around back in 1993 or incorporated June 1st 1993 to be exact. This is a matter of public record. I guess it depends on your definition of "new"...but since WOTD has been around for almost half a decade now, it doesn't sound new to me.

Ask Jack Arnold where RF Charles fits into this...his name appears throughout the companies on-file paperwork. He appears to be the official agent/rep of WOTD.

Also I still can't understand why FCP Ltd (Canadian Oil company) appears on the companies incorporation/license paperwork. Since I believe you live in the Alberta area maybe you could give us some insight into this. FCP Ltd shows an address of Kirkland Wa on the paperwork, but I can find no listing of FCP Ltd anywhere in Kirkland Wa. BTW - I called FCP Ltd in Canada, and they don't have an office in Kirkland Wa....only one in Nevada of all places I believe she said.

All this info was read to me over the phone by a clerk in the State Of Washington's License Dept...I figured the $4.00+ was worth it..

Jack Arnold will maintain the position of spokesperson once this merger has gone through...so that is why it's important for us to find out just who these silent partners really are...the one's really running the show - or soon to be.

People should keep their eyes open and keep digging for info and asking questions. I wish I had done that more on a number of stocks I previously owned.

Happy Holidays
