Omar: In My opinion You and the Baron just blew away the competition. I believe Your answers were real and to the point. I also do not believe that the ability to spell has anything to do with the honest operation of an oil producing co. With this in mind I think I will keep My shares and not give them to the forces that are attempting to drive the value of OLEX down. Happy Holidays to All Frank.

I am a shareholder in OLEX, and would like to ask the following questions, and I am sure that in your efforts to keep the shareholders of the company informed, you would be willing to answer these: 1) In Oilex's most recent filing, total outstanding and issued shares were listed as being 33,425,041. As of today, what is the total of outstanding and issued shares ? 2) Who is the transfer agent for Oilex, and what is the telephone number for the transfer agent ? 3) As of Oilex's most recent filing, the total number of shares authorized was 50,000,000. Has this number been increased since that filing , and if so, what is now the total number of shares authorized.
