Total authorized has not changed. There are about 45M shares out there. MV = 1.5M; BV = 9M. Oil production has started. Assets will be increased due to this. This is the market and this is a BB stock - co. is not going out of business. Tax selling adn reluctance of large players to get in before year end (why would they buy at 4 cents and see it go down 25% to 3 cents. - they don't want that just before year end). Don't go looking for something that's not there. MM's see the S-8's being filed - these are wholesalers! They could care less if it goes up or down - as long as it moves. Want to bet it moves up after year end? JMO Also, David: Pick up the phone and call the company to ask questions like this - these are pretty simple and it's easy to call and get the answers. All: Don't understand why you questions of the company on the thread when you can pick up the phone and call directly - seems more efficient to me. Ajay
