I didn't see the post as "rumor". I considered it an interesting angle to all the strange goings on in Nevada. Consider this, if the company is able to produce batteries and a contract in the near future, the next logical step would be to build additional capacity to meet demand. This means lots of money which this company has little of. The source would be additional shares sold to the public or team up with someone with deep pockets. These guys are burning money at a pretty good clip and will need additional cash in the near future if they are to continue. What I would consider stupid is believing the people running this company have the shareholders best interests at heart.
