Michael Bidder, You neatly sidestepped my suggestion--if you really were looking for the truth, you could challenge Fung and Oppenheimer face to face. They don't run and appear to be very accessible to the lone investor during periodic presentations. By constantly conjecturing on points and topics that you know can't be answered, you prove even further that you've got an agenda other than honest DD. I too am well in the money through day trading over the past year. The difference is now I'm in it for the long haul. You obviously are in it for the short fall--this one's going to be a hard fall I hope! Nothing personal but I'm here to make money too and if it's on the back's of a bunch of arrogant shorters so much the better. Put up or shut up--go see Marc, Fung, Grandich, Carson and all face to face if you dare. And as for your accusation of "dirty little fraud", I think you stepped over the legal line here. I'd suggest a retraction whether KRY wins or loses. If you don't print a retraction or facts proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that fraud has been committed, I too will forward a copy of your post to KRY lawyers. RH

Hi frank: I agree. There are lessons to be learned. One must take a better look. This interaction appears mean but I doubt anyone takes this seriously. If they do then they've invested too much. When the time comes for serious updates people here are responsible enough to post there true findings. Okay enough said. Where oh where does michael read PDG "owning" this property. Don't believe that there is this "short syndicate". That's what people always claim when a stock won't go higher, "it's the shorters fault". Invariably it is nonsense! As to why the delay in a decision.............some might say to allow KRY & PDG to make a deal. I don't buy it. As far as the nastyness to others..........there is no excuse. Too many here and on SH thought they had a big winner long ago and probably spent accordingly! Now they can't take the heat and fallback onto nasty behavior. They think they're droll and witty (especially on SH) butthey're no better then ten year olds. Frankly, this delay would scare people with real experience. It only encourages idiocy on the SH forum. (By the way, I've been kicked off SH so many times I've lost count)! One rumor followed by another, that's the H forum. nd with no relief (or belief) in sight. They never stop!!!! One rumor after another! Ah well! Only a SCJ victory counts and I keep hearing a little voice saying, over and over, day after day, Ma¤ana! Ma¤ana! But ma¤ana never comes! Merry Christmas to you!!!!!
