WGNR was another choice of SSR newsletter . When the migration from analog to digital becomes fullswing I believe Wegener will be a leader. The transition from analog to digital has been much slower than expected. They received orders for MPEG-2 digital video equipment supposedely worth 10 million in 1996. Those were the first large orders based around MPEG-2 architecture. SSR has since drpped WGNR also. MPEG (Motion Picture Expert Group). One that may be of interest along the lines of digital MPEG technology is Innovacom (MPEG). Is has listed for the Nasdaq recently. innovacom-mpeg2.com Mike
