The judge stepped out of bounds by practically filing his own "short motion" and starting a new trial on anti-trust law when the trial that he was adjudicating was for breach of contract. The judge should not do the DOJs job, that is what they hire lawyers for. If they are truly tying the products, they are going too far. If they are increasing the utility of the product they are obeying economic demand. Would you be pissed off if you had to go to the store and by a seprate winsock to get on the net, but you would not be able to see anything because you forgot to buy your new video drivers for your screen. Once you got your video working, you tried to print my phenominal posts from SI to find oput you had to go by some special drivers for printing.
