Well, finally....I wasn't going to sign or turn over anything until I had an idea what was going on. Gee, originally you were asking for us to turn over our voting rights to an Ex-employee/s without any note as to what was going to be asked for in return. Just turn over the comapany to them. That's what they want anyway, isn't it? A quick way to get their little start up company going? Vote themselves in as the bosses? Sorry, I've been through too much to participate in this new scheme. Not after the E-Mails from Evans and the posts from Dorf. I'd rather have my proxy's go to Jim Mills or even Scott a.k.a 45 Auto. I'm not happy with what has been going on at the company either. I talked to Alon just before the release came out about the shut down and he didn't say anything about it but he also didn't deny the fact that the company could go to chapter 7. I did ask and he said that that possibility couldn't be ruled out. So at least he was honest with me. The shut down was a surprise but it is a standard pratice in this area. I covers vacation time, etc. A lot of people have children out of school for the same time period. I know the mills nearby always shut down over the 4th of July. Same thing. That's when the workers get their vacation. It's ususlly when most of them want their vacations. Alon also informed me that the TM deal was still ongoing and that they were still going to the PGA show in January. I asked specifically about those items and since he didn't lie about the possibility of chapter 7 re-organization, I feel that he didn't lie about the other things. so...my measley 1500 shares stay in my domain.
