Jim,

I sense a few problems here. Although I appreciate your efforts, I want you to think about a couple of things before you go over board:

1. Both these guys have lawsuits against the company still, right? In order for them to participate, they'd have to drop their cases to avoid a conflict of interest. Are they willing to do this? Were they perhaps worried that if the company goes under that they'd automatically lose their case? Hmmmm

2. I know you read through and understood Camdogs feelings towards DE. Regardless of anything, we have to assume that feeling was common amongst the various workers. They didn't respect him. They thought he brought zero in ability. Now if this is true, I wonder how they felt of Jimbo. Which is the lesser of two evils in THEIR minds?

3. Even if Jimbo sticks around, you can be assured of a couple things; They have a TM deal first and Jimbo will be severely limited in his freedom. Banks will not bail and hand over reins just like that. They WILL assume he's part of the problem and will keep a short leash.

FYR--I posted a note on Yahoo and hopefully Camdog will respond to it. I felt he's had interaction perhaps with all of these guys mentioned and would be best to provide a subjective opinion as to who he felt most comfortable working under realizing all of the above.

Talk to you later,
-Scott

Ginger,
Please clarify one thing for me. You mentioned in your conversation with Alon that he wouldn't rule out the possibility of a Chapter 7. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 (reorganization) would seem much more plausible. Are you sure Alon was addressing Chapter 7 and not Chapter 11. There is a huge difference to us shareholders.

Thanks

Roger
