JF....the news to watch for is a sale of another MORI source license...that will buy TRKN more time to try to work things out. AMAT already has it...LRCX and TEL are the other two possibilities. At this point I suspect they are waiting for TRKN to start feeling more pain so that they can get a better price. If TRKN can hold on for several months before they have to sell a MORI license, I doubt that LRCX or TEL will want to wait that long before they buy into the technology, I'm sure they are aware that AMAT already has it....and I'm sure AMAT did not buy the MORI source just to help out TRKN...I think they saw some value in the technology. Selling a license to one of the companies would be nice, selling a license to both would be great. Lets hope they can sell atleast one. dave
