And Rich...

That's been the entire problem. The Yeas don't give a crap about financials, fundamentals.... etc.

All you care about is this alledged short squeeze (Mork has basically admitted it, I guess). The problem with short squeezes is that they require fundamentals to back them up. And the reason why is simple. There has to exist a positive psychology and bullish perspective in order to encourage people to buy this little stock. If there is no "turnaround" story, there is no squeeze. Filings and Financials are important to establishing this. They are legal documents and "written in stone".

And the fact that the SEC had to come in and halt the company due to confusion over accurate and current information makes it difficult to justify anything until this company bares all in its filings.

And you're damn right I'm interested in financials. Without them you have NO IDEA how many shares are outstanding. And if you don't know the shares out there, then you can't properly do the numbers, now can you.

That is, unless you trust the company.

Regards,

Ron

Why aren't you concerned with where the financials are?

If they were avaialable and assuming they explain away the SEC's concerns then this whole halt thing could have been avoided if the company had been more efficient. That is something that shareholders should be concerned about.
